Landscape Committee Recommendations

At this point the  Board of Directors and the Landscape Committee have identified two species that should NOT be planted in PCCV, Juniper shrubs and Aspen Trees.  The juniper is considered to be a fire hazard and the Aspen trees have a relatively short life span and are susceptible to several diseases that when infected the HOA must have them removed.
